Is there a minimum order?

No. Order a single cup or a full pallet — wholesale pricing stays flat either way. We built the program for every size of shop, from single-location reptile stores to multi-location distributors.

How fast will my order arrive?

Same-day shipping Monday through Wednesday if your order is placed before NOON CST. Most Midwest shops receive their packages the next day or within 2 days via UPS Ground; East Coast and Southeast typically arrive in 1–2 business days.

What happens if something arrives dead?

Our Live Arrival Guarantee covers every wholesale order. If anything shows up DOA, we replace it on your next shipment or credit your account with a refund or store credit, whatever is easier for you — we just require pictures for quality assurance. Just email orders@pioneerfeeders.com with your order number and we will help you out.

Do you sell to online-only shops?

No we sell to all types of stores. If your a brick and mortar store, online retailor, or if you are a weekend warrior trade show vendor. Doesn't matter!

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No contracts, no minimum order commitments, and no tier games. Apply, get approved, order as often as you need. Most shops settle into a weekly or bi-weekly rhythm but the pace is yours.

Can I get custom sizing, cup counts, or packaging?

For established accounts or large volume orders, yes. Reach out directly and we can discuss custom cup counts, labels, or specialized packaging.

How do I pay?

We accept all major cards and PayPal. Payments are handled in by Shopify checkout Established wholesale accounts with a track record can also be set up on net-terms invoicing — ask us about it after your first few orders.
