Winter Shipping: The Chicago Reality
Chicago winters are brutal, and we don't pretend otherwise. Lakefront wind chills below zero, lake-effect storms that shut down O'Hare, and weeks where UPS delays are routine. From roughly mid-November through mid-March, every Chicago order gets a 72-hour heat pack and a foam-lined box rated to hold temperature for two full transit days.
